* Ideally I think evolution would help us adapt to living in more crowded conditions, but evolution takes time, and I believe that exponential population growth doesn't allow for evolution to do its thing, both from the short timescale but mostly because there is no attrition (and hence no actual evolution happening), so that further complicates things! D: So we are essentially stuck as we are, the deep-rooted parts of our psyche that cause these problems I mean.
