25 years ago, when I moved to this countryside village, there were three supermarkets in the center. Since then the population has been slowly decreasing, and many of the businesses have quit. One supermarket remains. One of the old supermarket buildings seems to be some sort of warehouse. The big windows facing the main street, they are decorated with paintings of local artists.
