Writing 'Gnat fiction'. Yesterday I was working with the site functionality and layout until 3:30 am. That was okay, as I knew that today I'll only have one customer at 6 pm. So I woke up only at 10 am. today, and didn't even bother dressing up. Wearing a gown, drinking morning coffee, I wanted to get 'Gnat Fiction' written and posted, as the story had been waiting in my mind while I was busy polishing the code running this site. Now I hope the technical side of this site is good enough for a few weeks, so that I can move on to other tasks and re-touch site layout later on.

Please forgive me if this is a stupid question, but what is "Gnat fiction"? Google is being fairly unhelpful on the subject, hehe.
Ah yes, that's a good question!
'Gnat fiction' is the blog post of that day. But since I also published 'Site updates' post on the same day, Gnat fiction fell to top second on the 'blog entries' list. And at the same time 'recent comments' bursted with activity sparked by the revived newsletter. So I think it is perfectly understandable if anyone missed Gnat fiction post.
Although the title is an adaptation of Quentin Tarantino's masterpiece movie title, the text itself contains only one quote from Pulp Fiction. And an another direct quote from Aliens =) Overall, the style of writing owes a lot to the science fiction I read in my teenage years, most notably authors like Douglas Adams and Stanislaw Lem.
