Days are growing longer. This picture was taken about 10:45 pm. Although, if it weren't that awkward day-light saving hassle, the ordinary time would be an hour less. Oh well, but then, the time-zone system in itself makes it so that the clock seldom is accurately sun-aligned so that the sun would be at its highest at twelve o'clock. For example, at my current time-zone and longitude today's sunrise was at 4:48 am and sunset at 9:51 pm - doesn't that mean that the high noon was around 1:19 pm? That would make the exact midnight to be at 1:19 am or so. Anyhow, taking a look at these numbers we can also see that my picture is about one hour after the sunset, and it is still twilight but not yet really dark.
