I think I mentioned being unsure if the potatoes in the cellar survived the winter. Well, earlier I did a test with two potatoes; one of them didn't sprout, but the other one did and is now doing pretty well in a flower pot indoors. Behind it in another pot there is an ordinary onion I bought from the supermarket and after a week or two it started to grow, so I put it in a flowerpot. And then there is the flowerpot of the potato which didn't sprout. The brown pot grows ginger. There is also a smaller pot for a decorative house plant I once got from a friend, without asking the species.
