Ah, actually I didn't ask the details - I just asked if I can have a piece of that one with cheerful yellow coating, and that is what I got =)

But, some kind of bisquity base, a tasty semi-solid sweet white creamy layer, with the yellow coating. I'm sure there is a name and a recipe for this, but I simply wanted to enjoy the plain aesthetic experience without too much brainy labels attached onto it =)
