Yes, there is still snow. Without snow the whole picture would be pretty dark =) But now the pasture and snow on the rooftops is still barely visible.
My personal contribution for UrW v. 3.20 isn't so big - helping with ideas, background research for balancing item values etc.
At the moment I have a laptop with dual boot Win7 / Linux Mint. Most of the time I use linux - browsing the net for latest news and occasionally reading an article. E-mail and facebook to keep contact with my friends. Programming. Office stuff for my own business. Things like that - I'm not really a gamer =)

It depends =) For me Commodore-64 assembler is still the way I think about computers and programming. But since those days are gone, I've tried to learn a bit about these modern things, too. But I'm too lazy to study all the details of linux stuff - for me it is enough if I can write a source code and compile it. Or start a web browser =)

Lol, I had different opinion about you :D (super programmer nerd + linux master :D)
Then there is question: Why do you use linux? Windows 7 is simple and everything what you need works on it.

1.There is a little light speck around the middle of the picture, yes.
2. If one has to use imagination to see anything else in the picture, then that's because the picture IS dark.
3. In case one can recognize the slightly less dark areas in the picture, then it is no more question of imagination but monitor settings or the way one's software renders this jpeg.
Before posting the picture I tweaked the image brightness and contrast, trying to make it easier to spot the shapes. But I noticed that very small adjustements made the picture either totally dark or hazy gray with no shapes.
Maybe WHAT could post another helpful picture in Snaggy - this time drawing red lines to mark where my house is, where the treetops are in the forest behind my house, and where is the top of the snow covering the pasture =)

No, I'm not sarcastic now. If I say a good word I mean a good thing. If I mean something bad, I say strongly, clearly bad words with absolute no possiblity of misunderstanding. I think simple and clear communication is the best - say what you mean, don't say what you don't mean.
And I think that no matter what the rest of the internet does, here in Enormous Elk site and UrW forums people could be both willing and able to behave in a reasonable and nice manner, respecting each other.

Wow.. Good person on internet.. URW community is great. Thanks to graphics that there are no stupid trolls, minecraft kids and more. Just normal intelligent people.

Oh, that's fine - I wasn't hurt at all because of you being unsure about my sarcasm. I'm just trying to be patient with you, to show and help you to learn to better communicate with the rest of the community =)
I think internet has a lot of unnecessary flaming and negativity because so many people are all too quick to misunderstand each other and misinterpret positive or neutral messages as hostile - and then reply with a fierce counter-attack, and soon everything turns into a pissing competition. Luckily we don't have things like that so often in UrW community. And it is just natural that sometimes people get hurt or angry even when nobody is hurting them - just because people misinterpret and then get hurt because of their own misinterpretation... but life gets easier the more one learns to recognice such patterns in oneself, and then slowly letting go of them.
(When I was kid, I learned to be very good at insulting other people. And I did it a lot, because I thought it was the normal way of speaking. And I had learned that the better you are at insulting others, the cooler guy you are - then I suddenly realized how stupid that idea is, and how much I've been spreading totally unnecessary negativity around me. So I started to pay attention to my own way of thinking and speaking, slowly learning new habits.)

Playing with brightness-contrast is of little use to make a dull/dark picture look sharper/brighter. Instead you should try to play with the colour curve for the value channel, lowering it to make the picture look sharper or raising it to make the picture look brighter. I checked the daily picture on my tablet, and on tablet display the picture was totally dark, only the window being faintly visible. So, I think it also party depends on hardware people are using.

Is there snow? It looks like many snow.
BTW: What you've done on 3.20 versions? Bigfuxes, ideas, some features?
And do you still use linux ubuntu?
What do you do on computer? Games, programming and more?
And do you plan to use linux in future? Sorry for many questions

Nice change :)
I don't know when in past, but you had Ubuntu and Win XP if I remember correctly.
yes but that computer died. I think it could still be resurrected, but instead I just bought this laptop from my son.
And which eniroment do you use? MATE, KDE, etc. ?
I'm not a nerd enough to understand much about this kind of stuff =) By default Mint uses Cinnamon;

Ok, so you have Cinnamon. I thought that every programmer is nerd :O Or every linux user is nerd :D

For no spesific reason =)
This picture IS dark! I only see a little light speck around the middle of the picture, nothing else. :D
That light is the window of my house. Then, just barely visible, there is snow on the rooftops and snow on the ground.
You have no imagination :(
Let's look it this way:
1.There is a little light speck around the middle of the picture, yes.
2. If one has to use imagination to see anything else in the picture, then that's because the picture IS dark.
3. In case one can recognize the slightly less dark areas in the picture, then it is no more question of imagination but monitor settings or the way one's software renders this jpeg.

I see house and forest behind it. Maybe some building on the right.
I still don't know if you mean that helpful as sarcasm..?
I say a positive thing, and you are unsure if that positive, kind and nice word actually means something not-so-good? Hmm, I wonder why is that.
Because most people on internet are bad or sarcastic. And are you sarcastic now?
No, I'm not sarcastic now. If I say a good word I mean a good thing. If I mean something bad, I say strongly, clearly bad words with absolute no possiblity of misunderstanding. I think simple and clear communication is the best - say what you mean, don't say what you don't mean.

And sorry. Being sarcastic on internet is almost standard so it's really hard to recognize normal - troll.
